Seyeda Mowhiba - Senior Editor

Seyeda Mowhiba, a holder of ACMA, CGMA, UK and four world awards in Financial Management and Strategy. She is a Consultant at Stax and has been with the company since 2016. She has led multiple projects assisting companies across diverse industries on business strategy formulation, process improvement, and financial modeling. Prior to her role at Stax, she also played similar roles at Moody’s Analytics and Dilmah.

Rashmi Pieris Paranavitane – Editor

Rashmi is a CFA Charter holder with about 11 years of experience in investment research and analysis and oversees the overall operations of the Sri Lanka@100 program. She manages all

project activity, internal teams and provides guidance on deliverables. Rashmi also manages external relationships between member companies, vendors and other key stakeholders. She joined SL@100 from Stax Inc. where she worked as a Manager, responsible for leading project engagements and managing client relationships.

Thivanka Bandara - Editor

Thivanka, a holder of Bachelor's Degree and B.Sc in Management and Special, Business Administration, and a member of ACCA, UK joined Stax in 2013 and currently serves as a Manager at Stax Inc. He leads the overall delivery function in Colombo and has led multiple projects for Clients spanning a diverse set of industries such as logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and consumer goods.

Taamara De Silva

Taamara is a Consultant at Stax and functions as a Senior Advisor to the SL@100 platform. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern Queensland, an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Ireland and a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University College Dublin.  He is an ACMA, CGMA holder and a Sri Lankan Prize winner, Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka & a Registered Investment Advisor.  He counts over 13 years’ experience at Sampath Bank, NDB Investments and MAS Holdings in Financial Advisory, Transaction Banking, Wealth Management & Strategy consulting.

Bimsara Rozario – Digital Marketing Consultant

Bimsara Rozairo, joined the Stax team as a Digital Marketing Consultant. He possesses a strong background in Digital Marketing and an experience spanning over 4 years in the field with his role as head of Digital Media & Strategy in the hospitality industry. He also specialises in Event Management with a decade long experience to his credit involving work with international brands.

Melanie Ratwatte – Marketing Associate

Melanie Ratwatte, holder of a degree in BA (Hons) in International Business Management began her journey at Stax in 2019. Finding her skill set highly adapt to Marketing, she commenced her role in the field in 2020. Since then, she has only seen herself grow to play a key role in planning, strategizing, implementing, and evaluating the advancement of the overall Stax and SL@100 brand.
